As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, _**Cotswold Outdoor **_is joined by _**Runners Need **_and _**Snow + Rock **_to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**
- Creating effective, original, targeted and search engine optimised product copy for clothing and equipment, maintaining brand values and demonstrating our core value of expertise.
- Ensuring that all product copy is informative, accurate, inspirational, and engaging to increase conversion on product pages.
- Sourcing and adapting supplier copy to be used across the websites.
- Creating a best practice environment, process, and culture to produce best of class product copy content.
- Overseeing all product copy on the websites and coaching colleagues to raise and improve standards.
- Ensuring that the product copy data is in a clear, accurate and consistent format that is appropriate for the style of the product category and brand.
- Creating product copy for size tables, product wizards, GBB, overlays, expert panels, and information glossaries
- Assisting with the creating and updating of weekly reports and workflow plans.
- Contributing towards copy, image and PIM based projects.
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week._

**You’ll fit right in if you have**:

- Proven copywriting skills with an understanding of Search Engine Optimisation
- Experience using a Content Management System
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel
- Exceptional spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
- Creative thinking
- Great communications skills with the ability to coach others on best practice
- Confidence learning new systems and processes
- Experience proofreading to identify and correct spelling and grammar errors and suggest improvements
