Job Description

The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive compensation strategies that align with institutional goals and market standards. This includes designing and implementing compensation programs, conducting market analysis and internal equity reviews, and staying updated on compensation trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Work experience may not substitute for the education requirement.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
