Job Title: Training and Communications Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Training and Communications Specialist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of training and communications workstreams across new projects and expansion efforts in the UK and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive training and communications strategies for new implementations and existing clients.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions for new and existing clients, as well as team members.
  • Creating and editing professional communications for suppliers and clients, aligning with agreed communication plans.
  • Designing and maintaining high-quality training materials, including presentations, videos, and reference guides.
  • Managing and updating training resources and toolkits, as well as a library of communication templates.
  • Analyzing feedback from clients and team members to enhance communication and training activities.
About You:
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting to large and small groups.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality content.
  • Effective time management and ability to adapt to changing priorities, ensuring seamless project delivery.
Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Familiarity with FieldGlass Training and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Previous experience in a training role or delivering training to internal or external clients, with a focus on instructional design and development.
  • Ability to manage competing workloads and respond accordingly, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
