We're seeking a dedicated Adult Learning Specialist to join our team at Morgan Hunt UK Limited.

About the Role

This role involves developing and delivering engaging lessons in Health and Social Care, catering to diverse abilities and learning styles.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in teaching Health and Social Care, as well as a passion for mentoring students and providing constructive feedback.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons, incorporating key concepts and practical skills relevant to the health and social care sector.
  2. Provide individualized support and guidance to students, promoting academic growth and career aspirations.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, best practices, and policies in health and social care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care with a strong background in the sector.
  • Previous experience as a Lecturer or similar teaching role, preferably within a college setting.
  • Minimum GCSE qualifications in Maths and English.
  • Certification in teaching or a related field is preferred but not essential.

Based in Bedfordshire, this part-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of £32.
