Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical and hardware support for office gadgets and devices.
  2. Resolve Service Desk tickets efficiently.
  3. Support work applications such as telephone, email, browsers, Microsoft OS.
  4. Accomplish IT Asset Management for employees.
  5. Identify root cause analysis and provide efficient recommendations for long-term solutions.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers for strategic projects and onsite support.
  7. Communicate effectively with users to motivate best practice and efficient use of applications and services.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  1. Relevant technical experience in a distributed end-user environment; MS Windows, MS Office.
  2. Technical/hardware support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, telephony, local servers, networks, cabling, printers and large office equipment including scanners, photocopiers.
  3. A proven structured and analytical problem-solving ability.
  4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a willingness to share information and learn from others.
  5. A full driving licence.
