H&R Talent is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join their IT team in supporting a large number of employees across several office locations. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience in service desk and must be able to exhibit problem-solving and troubleshooting skills within Desktop and Network environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing technical and hardware support for office gadgets and devices.
  2. Resolving Service Desk tickets.
  3. Supporting work applications such as telephone, email, browsers, Microsoft OS.
  4. Accomplishing IT Asset Management for employees.
  5. Identifying root cause analysis and providing efficient recommendations for long-term solutions.
  6. Coordinate with suppliers for strategic projects and onsite support.
  7. Communicate accordingly with users to motivate best practice and efficient use of applications and services.
Requirements:
  1. Relevant technical experience in a distributed end-user environment; MS Windows, MS Office.
  2. Technical/hardware support for desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, telephony, local servers, networks, cabling, printers and large office equipment including scanners, photocopiers.
  3. A proven structured and analytical problem-solving ability.
  4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a willingness to share information and learn from others.
  5. A full driving licence.
