Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help us reach our mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, identifying recommendations, and engaging with stakeholders to prioritise actions needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyse business requirements and identify recommendations for process improvements.
  2. Manage the execution of business process improvements, providing advice and guidance to support the changes.
  3. Work with sponsors, users, and project teams to develop change management approaches and plans.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in a Business Analyst role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a project environment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise documentation.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary starting from £40,000 depending on experience, at least the cost of living pay increase every year, company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5%, 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 10, and £750 net of tax to refer friends and family.
