As a key member of the Ryman team, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in your store. You'll work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer service and brand ambassadorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and act as an ambassador for the Ryman brand
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and meet business objectives
  • Lead by example, motivating colleagues to achieve required KPIs
