About the Role

Careline Support Ltd is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide emergency assistance and reassurance to thousands of retired homeowners across the UK.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls and responding to a variety of situations, including medical emergencies, fire panel alarms, and security entry calls. You will also provide a friendly, responsive, and attentive approach on every call.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Take incoming calls and respond to emergency situations
  • Provide a friendly and attentive approach on every call
  • Log each call in our CRM system
  • Work well under pressure and remain calm in crisis situations

About You

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be able to:

  • Display a warm and friendly telephone manner
  • Be calm in a crisis situation and work well under pressure
  • Embrace and learn new IT systems and technical knowledge with ease
  • Demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken English
