About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Radiation Therapy Specialist to join our team at The Christie NHS FT. As a key member of our radiotherapy clinical review team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of care for patients undergoing radiotherapy treatment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cancer care and radiotherapy, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for coordinating aspects of radiotherapy for patients who require further support or management provided by the review teams during attendance.

In this role, you will work closely with the radiotherapy review team colleagues to ensure adequate cover across the clinical working day and annual leave requested in advance with appropriate approval. You will also participate in the extended shift system, bank holidays, and weekend working.
