Our Residential Support Workers play a vital role in helping us achieve our vision of providing the best possible support to our young people. As a Bank Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents. Your tasks may include assisting with daily living activities, providing emotional support, and helping with educational and recreational programs.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Provide emotional support to our young residents
* Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care and meal preparation
* Help with educational and recreational programs, promoting social skills and independence
* Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans
