Job Description

As a Support and Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and assisting with daily activities for our young residents. This may include helping with personal care, education, and leisure activities.



Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people and their families
  • Assist with daily routines, such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care
  • Contribute to the creation of personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident


Requirements
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable children or young adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
