At Moorpark Place, we pride ourselves on providing a supportive and therapeutic environment that enables residents to thrive.
In this role, you will work closely with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
You will be responsible for supporting residents with daily living activities, such as mealtimes, personal care, and social activities, while promoting independence and autonomy.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, birthday off, and access to our Active Learning Hub for e-learning and face-to-face training opportunities.
