The Role of a Care and Support Coordinator

As a Care and Support Coordinator, you will provide emotional support and assistance with daily activities on either a day shift or night shift. Your primary focus will be on helping our young people develop essential life skills, build confidence, and thrive in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people
  • Assist with daily activities, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage social interaction and participation in group activities
  • Support the development of life skills, including education and vocational training
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular team meetings
About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and other factors.
