About the Role
As a Bank Support Worker at Aspris Childrens Services Limited, you will provide emotional support to our young people and help with day-to-day activities on either a Day Shift or Night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children.
What You Will Do
- Provide emotional support to our young people
- Help with day-to-day activities
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young adults in a care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and paid annual leave.
