We are recruiting for an Adult Care Assistant - Day Shift position at our Moorpark Place service in Kilbirnie, North Ayrshire.
In this role, you will provide individualised care and support to residents, build trust, and foster positive relationships with patients and their families.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 25 days annual leave, birthday off, and access to our Active Learning Hub for e-learning and face-to-face training opportunities.
