About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide essential support and care to our residents, helping them with daily activities such as getting washed, dressed and out to school.

You will also be responsible for transporting our young people to external locations, which requires a full UK driving licence. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues, and have a natural flair for creating a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing emotional support and care to residents
  • Assisting with daily activities such as washing, dressing and taking to school
  • Transporting residents to external locations (requiring a full UK driving licence)
  • Building strong relationships with residents and colleagues

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career progression.
