We are seeking a highly skilled CCTV Controller to join our Security Team at our busy shopping destination. As a CCTV Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV systems, managing access control, and responding to emergency situations. If you have excellent customer service skills and experience in security, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety of public, staff, and contractors
  • Manage access control systems, including car parks and interior roads
  • Respond to emergency situations, including evacuations and search plans
  • Communicate with visitors, retailers, and contractors via intercom and telephone systems
  • Accurately record events, incidents, and evacuations in the occurrence book
  • Manage contractors on-site and provide a superior level of service to visitors and retailers
  • Monitor and manage traffic within car parks and interior roads
Requirements
  • GCSE or NVQ level 3 standard education
  • Valid SIA Public Space Surveillance Licence
  • First Aid at Work Certificate
  • SIA Guarding or Door Supervisors licence
