Marine and Coastal Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine and Coastal Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development of scenario archetypes for Thailand's National Ecosystem Assessment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing complex systems, as well as developing and applying scenario archetypes. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to integrate scenario analysis into the broader National Ecosystem Assessment framework and outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex marine and coastal systems to identify key drivers and impacts.
  • Develop and apply 3-4 scenario archetypes related to future drivers and impacts, status and trends, and policy options for Thailand's marine and coastal ecosystems.
  • Facilitate a participatory process engaging diverse stakeholders and knowledge holders to further develop and document the scenario archetypes.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marine and coastal system analysis.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate participatory processes with diverse stakeholders.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
