At Applied Power Engineering, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our engineers, including preparing quotes, mobilizing teams, and managing administrative tasks.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Business or Administration qualification (NVQ Level 3) and previous coordination or administrative experience in a dynamic B2B environment. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, have strong project management skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare budgets and quotations for small works
  • Submit and track quotations
  • Assist with the preparation of handover documentation for small works
  • Coordinate engineer mobilization and schedule site visits
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via phone, email, etc.
  • Update and maintain documentation, databases, and spreadsheets
  • Manage CRM system enquiries and project folders
  • Ensure the preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Schedule meetings and ensure accurate record-keeping

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days of holiday, enhanced pension contributions, company van, laptop, and mobile phone, corporate workwear, and PPE provided.
