**The Opportunity**

We are recruiting for a Recruitment & Onboarding Resourcer to join our busy People team. **This is a 12 months fixed term contract. **Located in Thirsk, North Yorkshire (hybrid role).

**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment Resourcer**
- Assist in drafting job advertisements and posting them on relevant platforms
- Coordinate logistics for recruitment activities such as assessment days, interviews, and events
- Prepare recruitment documentation and correspondence (e.g., offer letters, contracts).

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications of the Recruitment Resourcer**
- Previous or similar experience in recruitment, administration, or customer service roles is beneficial. (full training will be provided)
- Can quickly adapt to changing priorities and recruitment demands and be comfortable with change
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
- Works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve recruitment goals.
- Positive can do solution focused attitude Good Excel / Word / Outlook

**The Offer**:

- Location: Thirsk, North Yorkshire (Hybrid / Flex Working 3 days in the office)
- Salary: Competitive
- Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- Pension: Employee contributions 3% / Employer contribution 8%(salary sacrifice company pension scheme)
