Job Title: Forest School Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Forest School Manager at Little Elves and Fairies Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursery, managing staff, and coordinating activities to ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members
  • Develop and implement educational programs to meet the needs of children
  • Ensure compliance with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Contribute to the development of the nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Forest School Qualification (desirable)
  • DBS clearance
  • GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language
