We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Forest School Manager to join our team at Little Elves and Fairies Nursery in West Moors.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead our Forest School program, working with children from 2 to 6 years old.

Little Elves and Fairies Nursery is an outdoor nursery and forest school that provides a unique and nurturing environment for young children to grow and learn.
Our focus is on providing high-quality childcare that fosters creativity, imagination, and a love for nature.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities
- To lead the Forest School program and oversee daily operations of the nursery
- To provide support in managing staff and coordinating activities
- To create a safe and stimulating environment for children
- To engage with parents and communicate effectively about their child's progress
- To contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs
- To drive continuous improvement in nursery standards
Requirements
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Forest School Qualification desirable
- Ability to gain a clear DBS
- GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A passion for working with children and promoting their learning and development
