As a Domiciliary Care Assistant with us, you will:

- Offer physical and emotional support to those we care for.
- Help people participate in daily living tasks and activities.
- Assist with healthcare appointments and provide companionship.
- Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals.
We believe in investing in our carers, offering ongoing training and career development opportunities. You will also have access to 100+ eLearning courses, enhancing your skills and knowledge in social care.
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
- A guaranteed permanent contract with consistent working hours.

- A fully funded induction and ongoing training.
- Access to wellbeing events and initiatives.
- A company pension scheme.
- Staff appreciation incentives, including thoughtful gifts.
We see our clients as an extended family, working hard to understand their needs and provide quality care and support. Our aim is to help them live as independently as possible, with the peace of mind that professional care is always there when needed.
Candidates must be willing to work in the client's home, sometimes traveling to nearby areas. This role requires empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
We nurture our colleagues to grow and develop, with many management team members promoted internally. This career choice offers opportunities for personal and professional growth, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support.
