Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an Administrative Liaison Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with Life Offices and Investment Houses, as well as maintaining client records and preparing client reports.

Job Description:
The Administrative Liaison Officer will work closely with colleagues and clients to develop productive relationships and ensure compliance with FCA regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining data on Company's back office system
- Liaising with internal and external contacts by telephone and email
- Communicating with Life Offices and Investment Houses
- Maintaining client records using Intelligent Office system
- Preparing client reports
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulatory requirements

The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
