Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our client's SJP Practice based in Brighton. This role will involve supporting Financial Advisers with all areas of administration, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in a Financial Planning role and possess exceptional technical and administrative skills.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry and to progress within the SJP Accreditation Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical and administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Support with business processing, financial administration, and client liaison
  • Use CRM systems and platforms effectively to manage business workflow
  • Prepare client files for review meetings and provide regular status updates
  • Process new business and chase through to completion

Salary: £25k - £32k per annum
