Job Description

This role involves working as a key member of the team to ensure seamless data management and client communication. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using Intelligent Office system.
  • Liaising with internal and external contacts through phone calls and emails.
  • Communicating effectively with Life Offices and Investment Houses.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports on client progress, including pensions, investments, and other financial planning requirements.

You will work closely with colleagues and clients to develop productive relationships within the financial services sector, ensuring compliance with FCA regulatory requirements and adhering to employment contract terms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in data management and client liaison.
