Position Overview

We are seeking a KYC Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Client Lifecycle Management team, supporting a significant KYC (Know Your Client) initiative. In this role, you will be part of our KYC Managed Service Team, responsible for reviewing and approving KYC files completed by analysts to ensure they align with client-specific service level agreements (SLAs). This position requires a deep understanding of KYC practices across multiple jurisdictions and entity types, with a proven history of delivering high-quality results within project timelines while adhering to regulatory standards and client protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and approving KYC files to ensure compliance with client expectations and SLAs.
  • Upholding exceptional standards for the team's KYC documentation and outputs.
  • Providing training and developing guidance materials as needed.
  • Managing file escalations and advising KYC Analysts on effective solutions and best practices.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the project team.
  • Proactively engaging with key stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Overseeing workload management and prioritization based on client requirements and SLAs.
  • Contributing to the development of procedures, processes, standards, and best practices for operational efficiency and improvement.
  • Identifying trends within the team to enhance quality and reduce cycle times.
  • Fostering a strong team culture and promoting Delta Capita's core values.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in AML/KYC roles.
  • Proven quality control and assurance experience with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML regulations in the UK, EU, and US.
  • Expertise in KYC processes across various jurisdictions and entity types.
  • Demonstrated experience with PEPs, sanctions, and negative media screening.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with best practices in KYC processes.
  • Understanding of compliance, AML, and investigative functions within the banking sector.
  • Proficiency in corporate banking services within the financial sector.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder and client engagement.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and previous exposure to file sign-off processes.
  • Desirable: Background in investment or corporate banking or service provider environments.
  • Desirable: Experience in managing management information and general reporting, with a tech-savvy approach in the KYC domain.
