We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Client Lifecycle Management team at Delta Capita. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of KYC files, meeting client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and sign off KYC files to ensure they meet client expectations and SLAs
  • Maintain high standards for the team's KYC files and outputs
  • Provide training and guidance on quality control processes and best practices
  • Handle file escalations and guide KYC Analysts on solutions and best practices
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the project team
  • Engage proactively with key stakeholders to meet project timelines
  • Manage capacity and workload prioritization according to client needs and SLAs
  • Contribute to defining procedures, processes, standards, and best practices for efficiency and improvement
  • Identify trends with the team for ongoing quality and cycle time enhancements
  • Promote a strong team culture and embed Delta Capita values

Requirements

  • Significant experience in roles within the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) space
  • Demonstrable quality control and quality assurance experience delivering high-quality work
  • Thorough knowledge of UK, EU, and US AML/KYC regulations
  • Expertise in KYC across various jurisdictions and entity types
  • Proven experience with Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Sanctions, and Negative Media screening
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of best practices in KYC processes
  • Understanding of controls, compliance, and investigation functions in banking
  • Proficiency in financial services corporate banking offerings
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and clients
  • Client-facing experience and previous file sign-off exposure
  • Experience in investment/corporate banking or services provider environment
