About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Analyst to join our Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team at Delta Capita, a global provider of managed services, consulting, and solutions. As a KYC Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of client relationships and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive Know Your Client (KYC) reviews and due diligence processes for our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
  • Collect and assess KYC documents, identifying and rectifying any gaps or discrepancies.
  • Source data from approved public sources, utilizing methods specified in policies and procedures.
  • Compile KYC packets using the necessary information and documents, following client policy and procedures.
  • Ensure key stakeholders are updated on progress or obstacles within the end-to-end KYC review process.
  • Evaluate and escalate to relevant teams where information cannot be obtained or provided, or where additional approval is needed to proceed.
  • Engage with client departments to obtain required information and documentation to complete KYC/CDD reviews.
Requirements
  • Background in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC due diligence roles.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations and industry guidelines.
  • General understanding of AML Typologies/Red Flags.
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end process for client onboarding and periodic reviews, including conducting due diligence on publicly and internally sourced information/documentation, Ownership Dilution, Screening (for PEPs, Sanctions, Adverse Media, High Risk Industries), qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.
  • Understanding of due diligence requirements for various entity types.
  • Experience in managing and comprehending large volumes of intricate data.
  • Capability to work independently and cooperatively with team members and other departments.
  • Efficient work ethic in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and SLAs.
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Desirable
  • Previous involvement in Investment/Corporate banking or a service provider setting.
  • Transferable skills in data, compliance, or underwriting.
