Governance and Compliance Officer

We are seeking a Governance and Compliance Officer to join our team and play a key role in the governance of our company's pension plans. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SOX compliance, pension governance, and experience working with auditors. Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Pension Plan Governance Administration: Organise and administer governance calls for contract-based pension plans, ensuring all associated tasks are completed timely.
- Quarterly SOX Testing: Conduct quarterly SOX compliance testing across all company pension plans to ensure proper financial controls are in place.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal organisations, external pension providers, and external auditors to ensure cohesive pension plan management.
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
