Childcare and Wellbeing Officer

Polaris Community is a leading provider of residential care services for young people. We are currently seeking a Childcare and Wellbeing Officer to join our team at Bay View.
This casual position requires an individual who is passionate about supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People and a full UK driving license.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around £11.52 per hour, based on industry standards and location.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of care plans and adhering to Ofsted standards.
- Building constructive relationships with the children and engaging in activities that promote their wellbeing.
- Providing a safe, secure, and homely environment for the children in the home.
