This role is key to our customer experience. You will be responsible for taking qualified leads from the lead generation system and giving the customer a great buying experience.

Customers need a varying amount of support and consultation in the buying process, less if they are experienced door installers, or more for infrequent purchasers.

We train our Sales Estimators to give great advice and technical support to ensure customers are delighted with their purchase and their journey with Strongdor.

The process involves estimating, submitting quotes, following up, quote revisions, closing and order processing.

- Ability to learn and operate a CRM system such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar
- Great team player
- An ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
- An ability to understand and visualise technical information
- A great attitude as well as aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication

**Hours of work**:
The hours of work are 40 per week, worked from our offices in Carnforth 7.30am - 4.30pm Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri and 7.00am - 4.00pm Weds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,500.00 per year
