**Who is Strongdor?**
Strongdor is a customer centred company that makes great customer experience its top priority. Our values are built around service and making sure the customer feels comfortable and assured at every point of their journey with us.
We drive high sales by nurturing a supportive sales environment - customers buy from us because they feel in control and the decision is theirs. Our job is to guide them to the right decision using our expertise and support. We believe people buy from people and that relationship is of the utmost importance - our guarantee of success is prioritising the best interest of the customer.
This role is key to our customer experience. You will be responsible for taking qualified leads from the lead generation system and giving the customer a great buying experience.
Customers need a varying amount of support and consultation in the buying process, less if they are experienced door installers, or more for infrequent purchasers.
