Tesco Partners is a leading retailer offering competitive pay and opportunities for growth. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with flexibility to work fewer hours. Our scheduling system provides three weeks' notice, allowing you to plan ahead.

This role involves working in a team to serve customers, providing excellent customer service and helping to improve their shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving customers promptly and efficiently
• Working across the store in various areas, including service and picking
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety and product quality
• Handling customer queries and making decisions to meet their needs
• Participating in seasonal and community events
• Understanding store performance and contributing to service and sales growth
• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition
• Representing the company in a positive way as a brand ambassador
