Job Title: Caretaker

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £24,627 per annum

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8-4pm or 9am-5pm

Location: Derby

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Caretaker to join our team at Riverside Group. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient caretaking services within our PFI contract.

You will work closely with our Housing Officer to monitor tenants who may be experiencing difficulties and provide basic maintenance services, such as low-level aids and adaptations. Your experience of working within social housing and providing maintenance services will be invaluable in this role.

About You:

  • Full UK Driver's License
  • Experience of working within Social Housing
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Experience of providing a maintenance service
  • Experience of gardening
  • Experience of working with tenants in the social housing sector
  • Understanding of Health and Safety in communal areas within social housing
