Job Title: Caretaker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Caretaker to join our team at Riverside Group. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient caretaking services within our PFI contract. This will involve monitoring tenants who may be experiencing difficulties and providing basic maintenance services such as low-level aids and adaptations.

About the Role:

  • Provide an effective and customer-focused caretaking service within the PFI contract.
  • Monitor tenants who may be experiencing difficulties and provide support and advice as needed.
  • Provide basic maintenance services such as low-level aids and adaptations.
  • Work closely with the Housing Officer to ensure that tenants receive the necessary support and advice.

Requirements:

  • Full UK Driver's License.
  • Experience of working within Social Housing.
  • Basic IT Skills.
  • Experience of providing a maintenance service.
  • Experience of gardening.
  • Experience of working with tenants in the social housing sector.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety in communal areas within social housing.
