About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Caretaker to join our team at Riverside. As a Caretaker, you will provide an effective and efficient caretaking service within the PFI contract, ensuring the upkeep of our properties and communal areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a communal gardening service, including the maintenance of external areas and the disposal of waste.
  • Assist with the provision of a sensitive and caring housing management service, including attending to minor and emergency repairs.
  • Monitor tenants who may be experiencing difficulties and provide support and advice as necessary.
  • Assist with the delivery of letters and gaining access to properties for appointments as required.

Requirements

  • Full UK Driver's License.
  • Experience of working within Social Housing.
  • Basic IT Skills.
  • Experience of providing a maintenance service.
