About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Caretaker to join our Facilities Management Team at Derby College Group's Broomfield Hall Campus in Morley, Derbyshire.

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the campus, including room set-ups, building unlocks, and routine checks. You will work a two-shift pattern on a weekly rotation, with the first shift being 5:30am to 1:30pm and the second shift being 1:30pm to 9:30pm.

About You

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a facilities role is desirable but not essential. You will be encouraged to be creative, flexible, and resourceful in your approach to the tasks at hand.
