Operability Initiatives Lead

Are you looking for a challenging role that requires technical expertise and collaboration skills? Look no further Thames Water Utilities Limited is seeking a highly skilled Operability Initiatives Lead to join its Service Delivery team.
The estimated salary for this role is £42,500 - £47,500 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Annual leave: 26 days holiday per year increasing to 30 with length of service (plus bank holidays).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve smart meter operability/health performance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Analyse data to identify areas of improvement and develop recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and measure success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role or related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
