About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Intensive Care Unit Nurse to join our team in Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and passionate nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering specialized, high-level care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. They will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with NMC standards and Trust policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in an Acute hospital environment within the last 3 years.
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
  • Degree/Diploma in Nursing and Statement of NMC Registration.

Salary

Estimated salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
