Job Overview: We're creating brighter days at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, and we're looking for a talented Regional Recruitment Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in attracting and recruiting top talent for our organization.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing/implementing recruitment plans/strategies to source and recruit potential candidates. This includes developing networks in the local community, attending community events, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment projects.

You will work closely with our team to identify and fill job openings, and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet our business needs. If you have excellent customer service skills, are a self-starter who is organised, efficient and autonomous, and have excellent local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques, then we'd love to hear from you

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £28,418 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 22 Days Holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service) plus bank holidays, Occupational Maternity Pay & Adoption Pay, Occupational Paternity Pay, Death in Service Payment, and Occupational Sick Pay.
