Health and Social Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Assessor to join our team at Educators Wales. As an experienced professional, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training and assessments to support the growth and development of learners.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end structured support to learners, increasing the performance of our organization through the delivery of training, and achieving continuous improvement in company performance and quality provision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover a regional area and travel to visit learners in the workplace to undertake assessments.
  • Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of agreed performance targets.
  • Arrange further training through day release and deliver in-house training support as required.
  • Maintain appropriate records of the client's achievements and meet performance criteria as laid down by relevant awarding bodies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience of delivery within the required area of training.
  2. ESW Communication Level 2.
  3. ESW Application of Number Level 2.
  4. Full driving licence with use of own vehicle.
  5. Welsh speaking is essential.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary band of £24,500-£28,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits including 30 days annual leave, health care scheme, and more.
