Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Recruiter to join our team in North Wales. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing high-quality candidates, and ensuring seamless candidate experiences.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage and implement regional recruitment plans, driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • SOURCE HIGH-QUALITY CANDIDATES THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns from candidates and colleagues alike.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will possess:

  • EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE IN RECRUITMENT OR A SIMILAR FIELD.
  • Strong local knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques, including social media platforms.
  • A good standard level of education, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in partnership with others, demonstrating strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

  • A SALARY OF UP TO £28,418 PER ANNUM.
