About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced Strategic Recruitment Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective recruitment strategies. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a best-in-class recruitment strategy, working closely with senior directors, leadership team, sales and hire desk teams.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with experience in a similar industry and knowledge of plant hire and machinery. They will also be responsible for maintaining regular contact with new recruits/operators/foremen, identifying any retention issues and being a strong ambassador for the business values.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a competitive package, opportunities for career development and a dynamic work environment.
