Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating replacement bus services to ensure seamless journeys during rail disruptions.
  • Ensuring the highest quality of customer-focused response.
  • Providing administrative support to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with external suppliers and colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and reporting any safety concerns.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Capacity to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Desirable: Previous experience in logistics or passenger transport administration.
  • Shift-working on a rota basis, including Middle and Late shifts.
  • Smartphone ownership.
