Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Test Verification Architect to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies for new products, designing and developing automated test equipment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of test processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement test strategies for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Design and develop automated test equipment (ATE) solutions for hardware components, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to ensure seamless integration of test processes, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Enhance test methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring all test activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and generate comprehensive test reports, providing support during development and production phases.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting career growth.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidate will have a degree in Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience with demonstrable expertise in these fields.
  • Experience and awareness of development and production test techniques and implementation, with proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of structured Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) techniques.
  • Experience in the development and implementation of test strategies and automated test equipment for new products.
  • Collaboration with manufacturing teams and design teams, with a strong interest in the development of people.

Security Clearance

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to gain UK government security clearance. To achieve this, you must hold British or dual nationality.
