About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Test Verification Architect to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping top-tier products in a classified environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Test Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive test strategies for new products, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and design teams.
  • Design and Develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE): Create efficient, reliable ATE solutions for hardware components, driving innovation and efficiency in our test processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with manufacturing and design teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, resulting in improved test methodologies and increased efficiency.
  • Enhance Test Processes: Continuously improve test methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and generate comprehensive test reports, providing valuable insights for our teams.
  • Support Development and Production: Provide support during development and production phases to ensure standards and specifications are met, driving quality and reliability in our products.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all test activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity.
  • Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Ideal Qualifications: Degree qualified or suitable equivalent experience with demonstrable experience in or track record of Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering fields.
  • Experience and Awareness: Experience and awareness of Development and Production Test Techniques and implementation, with a strong understanding of test methodologies and strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite with good communication skills, and experience with structured Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) techniques.
Security Clearance:

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to gain UK government security clearance. To achieve this, you must hold British or dual nationality.
