About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hardware Test Verification Architect to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping top-tier products in a classified environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to broaden their view of the development and manufacturing processes through interaction with multiple skills within a project or programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Test Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive test strategies for new products, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and design teams.
  • Design and Develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE): Create efficient, reliable ATE solutions for hardware components, driving innovation and efficiency in our test processes.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with manufacturing and design teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, fostering a culture of sharing information and best practices.
  • Enhance Test Processes: Continuously improve test methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and generate comprehensive test reports, providing valuable insights for our development and production teams.
  • Support Development and Production: Provide support during development and production phases to ensure standards and specifications are met, driving quality and reliability in our products.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all test activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of integrity and quality in our products.
  • Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Ideally degree qualified or suitable equivalent experience with demonstrable experience in or track record of Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering fields.
  • Experience: Experience and awareness of Development and Production Test Techniques and implementation, with a strong understanding of test strategies and automated test equipment.
  • Skills: Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite with good communication skills, and a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) techniques: Knowledge of structured MBSE techniques, with experience in the development and implementation of test strategies and automated test equipment.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Teams and Design Teams: Some experience collaborating with manufacturing teams and design teams, with a strong understanding of the development and production processes.
