Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Test Strategies: Formulate and execute comprehensive test strategies for new products, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and design teams.
- Design and Develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE): Create efficient, reliable ATE solutions for hardware components, driving innovation and efficiency in our test processes.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with manufacturing and design teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, resulting in improved test methodologies and increased efficiency.
- Enhance Test Processes: Continuously improve test methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and generate comprehensive test reports, providing valuable insights for our teams.
- Support Development and Production: Provide support during development and production phases to ensure standards and specifications are met, driving quality and reliability in our products.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all test activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of quality and integrity.
- Lead and Mentor: Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth and development.
- Ideal Qualifications: Degree qualified or suitable equivalent experience with demonstrable experience in or track record of Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering fields.
- Experience and Awareness: Experience and awareness of Development and Production Test Techniques and implementation, with a strong understanding of test methodologies and strategies.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite with good communication skills, and experience with structured Model-based System Engineering (MBSE) techniques.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to gain UK government security clearance. To achieve this, you must hold British or dual nationality.
