Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and increasing revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and develop strategies for approaching potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing revenue and expanding client bases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission and a car allowance.

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid/field-based role, requiring you to spend approximately 1-2 days per week working from our office in Tamworth.
